General Conditions
All orders for goods shall be subject to these terms and conditions. No variation of these terms and conditions shall apply unless agreed in writing by Rhythm of Beauty
Rhythm of Beauty guarantee that all goods on offer are as described on the website and are fit for their intended purpose. Should any product fail to meet our high standards it will be replaced immediately. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Orders can only be accepted from customers who are 18 years or older. If you are under 18 years of age you are welcome to browse our website but regret that we are unable to accept any order from you.
Please be aware that any statements may not have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration and that our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Payment
Payment for goods ordered can be made by any major credit card or debit card as well as PayPal.
In the event of payment being declined by your card issuer, Rhythm of Beauty shall not be responsible for any costs or inconvenience caused by a subsequent delay in despatch.
Delivery Methods – UK Mainland
In general orders are despatched on the day after they are received, however at busy times this may not be possible. Please therefore allow up to one week for delivery.
Orders sent by Courier need to be signed-for on delivery unless you give us special instructions to leave the goods without them being signed for. Where such a request is made, Rhythm of Beauty cannot accept responsibility for any loss of or damage to the delivery.
Delivery charges to UK mainland addresses will be charged as seen on our website.
Delivery Charges and Methods – Overseas
Orders to overseas locations are subject to delivery charges.
Please note that because of their higher value and an increase in parcels going missing in transit, all overseas orders with a net value of over £40 will now be sent using a tracked delivery system. The delivery charges shown above include the increased costs of using this service.
Please note: We do not accept responsibility for non-delivery of orders when delivered to addresses outside of the European Community.
Taxation on Orders Delivered Outside of Europe
Recipients of orders sent to destinations outside the EEC (including the Channel Islands) are responsible for any local taxes that are due on the goods.
