As we arrive at the Autumn Equinox known as Mabon in the wheel of the year. We reach a time of balance between light and dark. From this date the sun’s light and strength fades, as we prepare for the return to winter and the darker days and longer nights until the Winter Solstice on December 21st.

Come into retreat - come shred your summer skin and adorn your body with the jewels of the earth element.

Our journey will assist you to 'receive' your second harvest as we tune into the energy of the grain goddesses and honour this transition at the turn of the wheel.

You will need;

• a candle

• warm blanket and quiet space to meditate

• essential oil of lavender

• Crystal of your choice
